I am concerned about the recent developments in the net neutrality laws and would like to assert its importance in my continuing with your service. I will definitely not appreciate any preferential treatment of specific kind of traffic, especially of services I enjoy most frequently.
I have noticed a recent downtrend in my Netflix speeds. I hope this is something that can be remedied and I certainly hope there is no throttling of this specific kind of traffic from your end. Any proof of such throttling may result in my discontinuing your service.
Youtube speeds seem to have recently declined considerably. This is an important service for me and I hope it is not being throttled or being reduced in any deliberate way.
Everyday I see a lot of smaller local ISPs provide much better speed-cost ratios and I am being continually disappointed by the quality of your service for the price I am paying. I hope that you are working diligently to increase my speed and quality of service to provide more value for the cost.
